Booking Your Stall

Again we expect to offer only 80 stalls, mainly in a similar format to 2011 ensuring that all stalls are within the Garden, one difference being that as well as outdoor and open-fronted marquee stalls we will also offer the option of a closed marquee with a central walkway. Initially the options were:

  • An Outdoor Stall for the 2 ½ days (5m wide x 5 m deep) at £250. If a larger stand is required the price will be increased pro-rata.
  • A Marquee Open Fronted Stall 3m wide x 4.5m Deep (the same as we have had in recent years), also at £250
  • A closed Marquee with a central walkway where each stall will be 3m x 3m, again at £250. Please click here for detailed plan (please see notes at foot of page on use of “PDF” forms in this website)

PLEASE NOTE that all of the Marquee stalls – open or closed – are now sold; we do still have space for outdoor stalls however, and would be delighted to hear from you.

If electricity is required for Marquee Stalls we will provide a generator, but this must be booked in advance. Trestle tables will only be provided if ordered in advance (£12 each).

For all outside stalls you need to provide your own electricity.

Opening hours will be:

  • Friday – the Gala evening 6 pm -9 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

For all stands Booked before the end of 2012 we offered a £50 discount. The Marquees will have only have 18 stalls in each configuration, so early booking was essential.

This show is managed in conjunction with the Little Bentley Hall Waterways & Garden Show which will take place 31st May to 2nd June 2013, and full terms are shown in the form that you can download from this website (this form can be used for both shows).

To secure a space at either show, a non-refundable deposit of £50 per stall should be made payable to

West Woodhay House Garden Show” or “Little Bentley Hall Garden Show” as appropriate.

Balance of payment will be due on 1st April 2013 for both shows. The form also covers options for advertising in our Show Guide, prizes for the Gala Night Raffle and the option of linking from this website to your own; we very much hope that you will take the opportunity to provide us with a link and some details of what you will be offering.
