Schools Competition NAFAS - Area Show Trade Stands Fine Art Silent Auction

Stallholders in 2009 Stallholders in 2007

For the 2007 show we organised the selling of our Trade Stands in conjunction with our sister show at Little Bentley and this proved very effective. At West Woodhay we sold around a hundred stands, mostly a 5m wide by  4m deep plot, but larger ones were also available. We also provided smaller Marquee stands (3m by 2m ) and these sold out quite quickly.

As you see from the dark skies in the photo to the right, English June weather was not great in 2007 (though it proved much better than July 2007 and the start of July 2008), but in practice we had very little rain that weekend and trade was good.

Our trade stands for 2009 are being organised in conjunction with the stands for a new show at in the beautiful gardens of Stradsett Hall near King's Lynn in Norfolk; please click here for a joint application form for both shows. If you do not have Adobe Reader please click to download a free copy.

Details of the stands available are on the form - we took our first bookings for 2009 in November 2007 and at June 2008 have over 30 stands booked.

Please see the Stallholders pages for 2007 and 2009

Below are photos of some of the stands from 2007 - if you click on a photo you will see a larger picture - press the "Back" button on your browser to return to this page

Also in 2008 we have a new sister Show at Abbots Ripton Hall near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire; please click here to go to the Abbots Ripton website.
