Stallholders in 2009

For the 2007 show we organised the selling of our Trade Stands in conjunction with our sister show at Little Bentley and this proved very effective. At West Woodhay we sold around a hundred stands, mostly a 5m wide by  4m deep plot, but larger ones were also available. We also provided smaller Marquee stands (3m by 2m ) and these sold out quite quickly.

As you see from the dark skies in the photo to the right, English June weather was not great in 2007 (though it proved much better than July 2007 and the start of July 2008), but in practice we had very little rain that weekend and trade was good.

Our trade stands for 2009 have been organised in conjunction with the stands for a new show at in the beautiful gardens of Stradsett Hall near King's Lynn in Norfolk; home to Sir Jeremy & Lady Bagge another wonderful Private Garden which is never open to the Public, set in wonderful Parkland  with Lake with Rose Garden and Herbaceous Borders, will stage its first major charity garden show in 2009 . Please click on this link to look at the Stradsett Hall website.

For the current list of stallholders for 2009 at West Woodhay please click here  - we took our first bookings for West Woodhay 2009 in November 2007 and at 14th June 2009 we have 106 stands booked. If someone were to request a late entry we would do our best to fit you in - please contact Nigel Dyson directly on his mobile 07802 282193.

The cost of a stand ( 5mtrs Wide X 4m Deep ) for the 2 ½ days will be  £220. Please note that all of the smaller Marquee Shedding Stands are now sold out .  To secure a space at each show, please send the full amount to ‘West Woodhay Garden Show’ or  ‘Stradsett Hall Garden Show’ as required.

As both of these Shows are charity shows, please note that no refunds will be given under any circumstances

please click here for a joint application form for both shows. If you do not have Adobe Reader please click to download a free copy.
