In 2011 at West Woodhay we hope to have around a hundred stands, mostly a 5m wide by  4m deep plot, but larger ones will also be available. We also offer smaller Marquee shedding type stands (10ft Wide x 15ft Deep).  As at 15th Nov 2010 over 50% of Marquee stands have been sold

Our trade stands for 2011 have been organised into two sections, and will not be away from the House in a separate field, but will be wrapped around the House, so that all Trade Stand holders feel much closer to the heart of the event. Our Plant Finders Fair will be in front of the main house, running down to the Lake and the Walled Garden, whilst the Gift & Craft stalls will be around the Main Lawn on which the Gala Evening and 'Beating Retreat' will take place.

For the list of stallholders for 2009 at West Woodhay please click here  -

No Late Bookings of Trade Stands will be accepted in 2011, as two Stands let us down badly in 2010 with UNPAID CHEQUES. Full payment will be required by 1st April 2011.

The cost of a stand ( 5mtrs Wide X 4m Deep ) for the 2 ½ days will be  £250.( £210 if booked during 2010) Please note that  Marquee Shedding Stands are selling fast .  To secure a space at our show, please send the full amount to ‘West Woodhay Garden Show’ .

As our Show is a charity show, please note that no refunds will be given under any circumstances
