Plan an Exciting Club Day out

The dates are set for 2011; if you missed us in 2009 you missed a good day out.

As before we are offering Garden Clubs, Womens Institutes  and groups a reduced Entry Price of £5 per person

( ONLY £4 per person if booked before End December 2010)  for this wonderful garden event, based  on a minimum group booking of 20.

Group concessionary tickets will only be issued  in advance ;  provisional bookings must be received before End April 2011 with a £40  non refundable Deposit. Final Numbers and balance of Payment only need to be given by 12th May 2009.

Again as before, there will be no need to miss Sunday Church - we will have 'Praise in the Gardens' at 10.30 on Sunday morning - and there will be lots of additional features such as the Antiques Valuation by major local antique auctioneers, as well as the new features that you will find on the Programme page.

There are some changes for 2011

  • All Groups coming by Coach must book a time slot for arrival  as shown on the attached Booking form so as to avoid delays and congestion; there will be only a limited number of timeslots, so please book early to ensure that you get your preferred time.

  • We will not be able to provide lunch vouchers in advance; however there will be plenty of food available at the show and space for picnics in the Car Parks. Please note that picnics may only be eaten in the Car Parks!
  • With regret we can not accept dogs, even on a lead, with the exception of Guide Dogs.

Please take all rubbish home with you - though Messrs Grundon have very kindly agreed to deal with our refuse we nevertheless have only limited facilities for dealing with rubbish.
