Plan an Exciting Club Day out

The dates are set for 2009; if you missed us in 2007 you missed a good day out. The rain in 2007 meant we had to reorganise parking for coaches but this was completed in advance and the day went well for all concerned, even the passengers whose coach broke down and for whom we arranged rescue transport.

As before we are offering Garden Clubs and groups a reduced Entry Price of £5 per person for this wonderful garden event, based for 2009 on a minimum group booking of 25; if you are also able to take your Club to Norfolk, our sister event at Stradsett Hall will offer you the same reduced price - please take a look at www.stradsetthall.co.uk.

Group concessionary tickets will only be issued  in advance ;  provisional bookings must be received before 31st March 2009 with a £30  non refundable Deposit. Final Numbers  and  balance of Payment only need to be given by 20th May 2009.

Again as before, there will be no need to miss Sunday Church - we will have 'Praise in the Gardens' at both shows - and there will be lots of additional features such as the Art tent, and Antiques Valuation by major local antique auctioneers, as well as the new features that you will find on the Programme  page.

There are some changes for 2009:

  • All Groups coming by Coach must book a time slot for arrival  as shown on the attached Booking form so as to avoid delays and congestion; there will be only a limited number of timeslots, so please book early to ensure that you get your preferred time.

  • We will not be able to provide lunch vouchers in advance; however there will be plenty of food available at the show and space for picnics in the Car Parks. Please note that picnics may only be eaten in the Car Parks!
  • With regret we can not accept dogs, even on a lead, with the exception of Guide Dogs.

Please take all rubbish home with you - we have only limited facilities for dealing with rubbish.
